WWE Live landed in Bossier City, LA, tonight for a SmackDown Live house show. In the main event, WWE Champion AJ Styles defended his title in a Triple Threat bout against John Cena and Baron Corbin. Elsewhere on the card, Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch continued their battle over the SmackDown Women’s Title, and Dean Ambrose defended his newly won WWE Intercontinental Title against the newly-turned heel Dolph Ziggler.
SmackDown Tag Team Champions American Alpha were also in action on the card in a 6-Man Tag Team match with Apollo Crews against The Wyatt Family. James Ellsworth was on the card, also, and he continued his winning ways with a victory over Curt Hawkins.
Dean Ambrose defeated Dolph Ziggler to retain his WWE Intercontinental Title.
Kalisto defeated Curt Hawkins.
James Ellsworth defeated Curt Hawkins.
Heath Slater, Rhyno, The Usos, Mojo Rawley, and Jack Swagger defeated The Ascension, The Vaudevillains, and Breezango.
Nikki Bella defeated Natalya (Carmella was in Nattie’s corner).
Alexa Bliss defeated Becky Lynch to retain her SmackDown Women’s Title.
American Alpha and Apollo Crews defeated The Whatt Family.
AJ Styles defeated John Cena and Baron Corbin to retain his WWE World Title.
